Integrated Health Management System (IHMS) is centralized web-based application to provide healthcare services to patients with electronics health records (EHR). This project was started in compliance of Hon’ble Chief Minister’s budget announcement declaration number 281 for the year 2017-18.

iHMS has been designed and developed by Department of Information Technology & Communication (DoIT&C) for Department of Medical Education (DoME) and Department of Medical, Health & Family Welfare (DoMH&FW) in the State of Rajasthan to strengthen the medical & health services and improving the patient care by streamlining the hospital processes.
The patient-centric system is integrated with Aadhaar-ID (UIDAI), Bhamashah Platform (Bhamashah Data Hub, DoIT&C), Jan Aadhaar-ID and creates EHR (Electronic Health Record) in secured manner (visible to authorized access only).
It enables the use of latest technology of mobiles for anywhere, anytime access to information. It will provide an information dashboard to assist the stakeholders, administration (at different levels) of DoME/ DoMH&FW to analyse, monitor and manage the effective delivery of quality healthcare services.
At present, iHMS is divided into 6 major segments –

Step to know your Report in https //ihms.health.rajasthan.gov.in/ihms/online/index.html
First, go to https //ihms.health.rajasthan.gov.in/ihms/online/index.html page and select laboratory reports.
Second, you can change the language from English to Hindi
Third, follow the instructions written on the page, Fill up your HID and Bill Number. You can add Bill ID, if you have.
Fourth, click on View Report to get your report.
This is one way to get your report, another way is as follows:
Everything is same, but you just have to replace Bill number by OPD Number or IPD Number.
- Go to https //ihms.health.rajasthan.gov.in/ihms/online/index.html page and select laboratory reports.
- Change the language from English to Hindi or Hindi to English
- Enter your HID
- Enter your IPD Number or OPD Number
- Click View Reports to get your reports.
Extract your Reports
1: Go to https //ihms.health.rajasthan.gov.in/ihms/online/index.html page and select laboratory reports.
2: Change the language from English to Hindi or Hindi to English
3: Enter you Indian Mobile Number in the given column
4: Enter the OTP sent to your mobile
5: Click on Fetch Result.
